About Me

I have always been passionate about helping people. I have always been the person others turn to when life feels overwhelming and they don't know what to do next. But my own experience with a difficult, high-conflict divorce and lengthy custody battle changed the direction of my life and ultimately led me to this work.

I know what it feels like to live through a situation that is far more complicated than the word “divorce” suggests. I know what it is like when the conflict doesn't end simply because the relationship does. I know the exhaustion of navigating the legal system, trying to protect your children, making decisions under tremendous stress, and wondering if anyone truly understands what you're experiencing.

My experience gave me a perspective I could never have learned from a textbook. It taught me what it feels like to be on the receiving end of prolonged conflict and control while trying to hold your family, your finances, and yourself together.

Today, I bring that lived experience together with professional training and years of experience helping others navigate these same challenges. I am a certified High-Conflict Divorce Coach and Coercive Control Coach, with additional trauma-informed training, including EFT Level 1. My work focuses on the practical realities of high-conflict divorce and post-separation abuse, including communication, documentation, custody and parenting concerns, strategic decision-making, and preparation for legal proceedings.

I am not an attorney or a therapist, and I don't try to be. My role is different. I help clients step out of the emotional chaos, understand what they are dealing with, organize the information in front of them, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.

Sometimes that means preparing for court. Sometimes it means figuring out how to respond to a difficult message. Sometimes it means making sense of years of documentation. And sometimes it simply means having someone finally say, “I understand. You're not imagining how difficult this is. Let's figure out what comes next.”

That is why I do this work.

I believe people deserve support that is both compassionate and practical. They deserve to be heard without judgment, understood without having to explain every detail, and empowered to make decisions from a place of clarity rather than fear.

I know how much it can mean to have someone in your corner who truly understands.

I have been where you are. And I can help you find your way forward.
